I’m Rabii Azzabi, a Construction Project Manager and planning/cost-control engineer with 13 years of experience across diverse construction sites, including concrete and metallic/steel structures, marine works, roads and highways, water/sewer/stormwater networks, dams, coating and painting, materials and laboratory testing, land surveying, piping and pipelines, excavation and drainage, welding, buildings and houses, pumps and industrial equipment, seawater desalination, and wastewater treatment. I hold the PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) credential along with additional PMI certificates, and I’m OSHA-30 certified. I apply PMI-based best practices across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and contracts to keep work safe, compliant, and on time.
